Eleanora Crisp

Mont. Dip Ed., BSc (Hons), MA, PGCSEi, MSc, MSc Psych (conv), GMBPSsS

My experience spans over 30 years working with young people, in family, school, and out of school contexts. I have enjoyed every moment of my working life. The best times are incomparable and the difficult times have pushed me to learn, and grow professionally, as well as personally. My journey has led me on a quest to understand our learning development through the different stages of development and education, from a child centred perspective. My academic and actual work enabled me to gain a wide understanding of the biological background of learning and development, as well as the practical and philosophical aspects of education, creating a multi-dimensional theory of learning and education.

During this time of teaching and learning, I have worked through the UK and International Education systems with GCSE/IGCSE and A Levels/IB Diploma and have extensive experience with Philosophy for Children teaching and training programmes. Additionally, I volunteer for Green Teen Team and am a Clinical Practitioner with Shout.

I am a member of The Association of Child and Adolescent Mental Health and The Chartered College of Teaching, and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.
